As Aussies, we are pretty lucky to have so much healthy, organic and wholesome food around us at basically every time of the day - and it's pretty rare that I find something healthy I've never eaten, or even heard of before... but here we have it.  Lotus Seeds?!  I've heard of Lotus Root being fried, or even stuffed (I got a nice dose of food poisoning from a stuffed one in Japan) - but never knew you ate the seeds as well?
